From my own research I believe it is a 1950 Omega Seamaster with a 342 bumper - movement serial code 12xxxxxx, and case back serial 2576-12. The watch is in working order, winds up and ticks. I have found similar images to this watch model, however, the sub seconds dial on this Omega have each 10 second interval marked with Arabic numerals .

This watch is an Omega "Tresor" 2643 with a cal 351 movement. Here is a link to the Omega database. Unfortunately, this example is not a good one. The dial has been very poorly refinished, and the automatic movement looks to be in poor condition with most of the copper plating missing and some water damage. The crown is also incorrect.
