I can find matching ones on reputable websites, so not necessarily a fake just because it looks a little sketchy. My first reaction was that the hands are wrong and the date window should be square on a Jupiter, but there are some photos that match yours. If it’s real m, the hands will have lume. unless the sapphire is cracked, chipped, or otherwise damaged, it's probably optional.
