Lift off the bezel. Notes: There is a flat metal click ring inside that gives the bezel its ratcheting action, and a thin metal retaining ring under the bezel. You should be able to figure out how to replace them. I think there are Breitling bezel removal videos on YouTube, but it's very simple anyway. Just loosen the screws round the edge of the bezel (note - there's no need to take the screws all the way out) while keeping pressure on the bezel, and it will just lift off.
There are a few steps involved in de-casing and removing a chronograph movement and you need to be very cautious with the dial and hands. My recommendation: leave it to the pro's and have the watchmaker where you purchased the watch clean it for you. Just not worth the risk (and $$ to fix it if anything goes wrong). I recently purchased a 2019 Breitling Superocean 44 ref. A17367D81C1S2 while visiting my sister in Tacoma. When I got home I asked a watchmaker friend of mine to unscrew the back so I could view and photograph the movement, as he has a proper machine. It took a couple of tries to get the spring located in the correct hole that makes everything line up perfectly, but it didn't take too long to disassemble, clean, clock the spring, lubricate and reassemble the bezel.
The bezel has to be placed on the 12 o'clock position. The screws need to be tightened from the 1 o'clock position first. You will need to be looking through the loupe to see how you tighten the screw with the right tension, otherwise you won't see the screw tighten just right.Breitling watches should not be worn near chemicals, solvents or dangerous gases. Substances such as gasoline, thinner, nail polish, perfume, cosmetics, detergents, glue or paint may damage the case, attack the water-resistant seals or discolor the leather straps. You can use a knife to progressively pull up the external part of the bezel : just pull up of 0.5mm then turn 15° then repeat and after one complet turn you would carefully remove the bezel with crystal .
